BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any and all documents necessary to declare the real property located at 2450 Southview Drive, as identified on the Plat which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That the property identified on the referenced Plat is hereby declared to be surplus property and the Mayor is hereby authorized to dispose of the property to the 15 surrounding landowners.
Section 3 - That the amount of $750.00 is authorized to be paid for the completion of the transactions from Account Number 1101-707101-0001-71299.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
