BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 3, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Dugan & Meyers, LLC, for the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant Thickening Process Upgrades, decreasing the Contract price by the sum of $8,731.00, from $3,305,318.00 to $3,296,587.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
