BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Bison Services, LLC, in the amount of $219,060.00, for the installation of an upgraded ventilation system at fleet services, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to enter into the attached Agreement with Bison Services, LLC, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $219,060.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Bison Services, LLC, from the following accounts in the following amounts: #1101-707201-91013 ($21,906.00), #1115-707201-91013 ($131,436.00), and #4002-707201-91013 ($65,718.00), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
