BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to Addendum No. 7 and Work Order No. 7, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), reinstating the terms governing the RISKMASTER Mesa/On-Premise Software Solution, to provide updated maintenance & security features.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $39,876.90 in FY 2018 be and hereby is approved for payment to Computer Sciences Corporation from account #1101-202505-72205, pursuant to the terms of the Amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
