BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Computer Services Corporation, for migration of the current on-site RiskMaster software to Computer Services Corporation hosted RiskMaster Accelerator eXpress.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $43,125.00 ($34,875.00 annual fee plus $8,250.00 one-time fee for set-up and training), be and hereby is approved for payment to Computer Services Corporation, from account #1101-202505-72205, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
