BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 480-2014 be and hereby is amended to account for the Amendment stated in Section 2.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Amendment to the Accelerator eXpress Access Agreement to include a Workers’ Compensation Software Module in Work Order No. 7.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
