BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Addendum to the Information System Agreement (executed pursuant Resolution No. 495-2015) and related documents, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Systems & Software, Inc., to upgrade the EnQuesta system for the Division of Revenue, at an additional cost estimated not to exceed $691,174.00 in FY2023.
Section 2 - That an additional amount estimated not to exceed the sum of $691,174.00 in FY2023, be and hereby is approved for payment to Systems & Software, Inc., from accounts # 4002-202602-0001-96202 ($366,322.22); # 4051-202602-0001-96202 ($186,616.98); and # 4121-202602-0001-96202 ($138,234.80), pursuant to the terms of the Addendum and related documents.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
