BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Kendrick Adams, Recreation Manager, Grade 518E, $2,099.60 biweekly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective September 15, 2021.
Phoebe Kingsley, Public Service Worker, Grade 507N, $14.214 hourly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective October 26, 2021.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Sworn Appointment made by the Mayor be and hereby is ratified:
Timothy Graul, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $32.408 hourly in the Division of Police, effective September 15, 2021.
Section 3 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
