WHEREAS, Resolution No. 426-2017 authorized the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government ("LFUCG"), to execute an Agreement with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. ("Stantec"), for continued implementation of the Sanitary Sewer Capacity Assurance Program required by the Consent Decree; and
WHEREAS, Contract No. 188-2017, which was executed pursuant to Resolution No. 426-2017, provides that LFUCG's Agreement with Stantec is administered by the issuance of task orders by LFUCG for each work assignment performed by Stantec; and
WHEREAS, Contract No. 188-2017 provided that LFUCG's Agreement with Stantec was for one (1) year in duration, with up to four (4) mutually agreeable annual renewal periods; and
WHEREAS, by mutual agreement of the parties, Stantec has continued to provide program management services for the Sanitary Sewer Capacity Assurance Program based on task orders issued by LFUCG during the intervening first, second, a...
