BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept deeds and to execute any documents necessary for the acquisition of property interests between Lisle Industrial Avenue and 1631 Old Frankfort Pike.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $50,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, from account #3160-303202-3225-90313, at the time of closing.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
