BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., in response to RFP No. 9-2021, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and any Agreements hereby established, at a cost not to exceed $100,000.00, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., related to this project, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $100,000.00, be and hereby is authorized for payment to Crawford, Murphy & Tilly, Inc., from account # 3160-303602-3601-71205, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 -- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
