Section 1 - That the bid of DRD Associates, LLC d/b/a DRD Repair, establishing a price contract for Refrigeration and Cooling Systems Maintenance and Repair, for the Division of Community Corrections, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
