Section 1 - That the bid of Hydro Controls, Inc., in the amount of $36,516.00, for Stainless Steel Slide Gates for Town Branch WWTP, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid.
