BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Renewal Catering Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Bateman Community Living, LLC, d/b/a TRIO Community Meals, for catering services for the Family Care Center.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $158,737.50 be and hereby is approved for payment to Bateman Community Living, LLC, d/b/a TRIO Community Meals, from account #3100-606401-75102-CHD_CR_FD_2020 ($33,737.50) and from account #3100-606401-75102-CHD_CR_FD_2021 ($125,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Renewal Catering Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
