BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Fire and Emergency Services is authorized to purchase an RDK wireless gas detection system from RAE Systems by Honeywell, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with RAE Systems by Honeywell related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $71,816.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to RAE Systems by Honeywell, from account # 3200-505702-96468 ($65,000.00) and 1101-505702-96468 ($6,816.00).
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
