BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 419-2020, pertaining to eight Purchase of Service Agreements for rental and/or relocation assistance, be and hereby is amended to provide the Community Action Council for Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, and Nicholas Counties, Inc., with an additional $253,000.00 in funding, which includes an administrative fee not to exceed ten percent (10%), with said funding being reallocated from the additional funds that were previously authorized to be provided to Step by Step, Inc.; Greenhouse17, Inc.; and The Nest - Center for Women, Children and Families; and further authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayett...
