BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Contract Modification No. Four (4) to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with CDP Engineers, Inc., for the design of Town Branch Trail Phase III Project, increasing the contract price by the sum of $16,200.00 from $121,680.00 to $137,880.00.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $16,200.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to CDP Engineers, Inc., from account #3160-303202-3225-90311, pursuant to the terms of Contract Modification No. Four (4).

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
