BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Clarence McCoy, Stores Clerk, Grade 508N, $13.760 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective November 10, 2021.
Kyle Spivey, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, $17.510 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective November 3, 2021.
Section 2 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date described in each item.
