BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of REM Company, Inc., in the amount of $216,950.00 in FY2020, for the purchase, installation, and maintenance of six Commercial Washers and five Commercial Dryers for the Division of Community Corrections, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a multi-year maintenance agreement with REM Company, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $216,950.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to REM Company, Inc., from account #1133-505402-96468 in FY2020, pursuant to the terms of the bid and agreement, with future fiscal years subject to the appropriation of sufficient funding by the Urban County Council.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
