BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make conditional and promotional offers to the successful candidates for classified civil service, unclassified civil service and sworn positions.
Section 2 - That the Mayor be and hereby is directed to provide a list of names of the successful candidates, pay grades and salaries no later than January 14, 2021.
Section 3 - That this authorization shall expire on January 8, 2021.
Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical and/or medical examination, if required, the candidates for classified civil service positions who accepted conditional offers may start their classified civil service probationary period.
Section 5 - That upon successful completion of the physical and/or medical examination, if required, the candidates for unclassified civil service positions who accepted conditional offers may begin employment.
Section 6 - That upon successful completion of the physical and/or medical examination, if required, the candidates for sworn positions who accepted conditional offers may start the probationary period.
Section 7 - That this resolution shall become effective upon passage of council.
