BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Master Services Agreement with ComplianceLine, LLC d/b/a Ethico, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for the provision of Ethics Tipline Services in FY2027, with an option for two (2) one-year renewals, for the Office of Internal Audit, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other documents necessary related to the provision of these services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,450.98 in FY2027, be and hereby is approved for payment to ComplianceLine, LLC d/b/a Ethico, from account #1101 - 160601 - 71299, pursuant to the terms of the agreement, with funding in future fiscal years subject to sufficient funds being appropriated.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
