BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to renew maintenance and support with Accella, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, for Elements XS: Asset Management.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $12,094.13, be and hereby is approved for payment to Accela from account # 1101-303601-0001-76102, pursuant to the terms of the renewal, with costs for ongoing support services subject to the sufficient appropriation of funds in future fiscal years.
Section 3 - That the Director of Traffic Engineering be and hereby is authorized to sign any necessary documents for the procurement.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
