BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Engineering Services Agreements (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 41-2024), which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lochner; Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc.; and PRIME AE Group, Inc. to provide construction inspection services for the Division of Engineering under an Indefinite Services Contract, with future work awarded and funds Budgeted on a project basis.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
