Summary
Authorization to amend the Memorandum of Understanding between the Commonwealth of Kentucky and LFUCG entered into on June 15, 2017, Resolution 336-2017. LFUCG has already paid for the labor and minor material cost of the Fiber, and wants to lock in the prices for the Indefeasible Right of Use (IRU) option and ongoing annual maintenance of the fiber.
