Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept a Grant from the Kentucky Board of Emergency Medical Services, which Grant funds are in the amount of $10,000.00 Commonwealth of Kentucky Funds, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
