Summary
Authorization to execute an Agreement with Wiser Strategies to provide services to develop stormwater ads and assets, including graphics, images and other components of the ads for one (1) year. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 34-2019), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Wiser Strategies, for creative design services for public outreach and media campaigns relating to stormwater and water quality education, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $50,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Wiser Strategies, from account # 4051-313201- 71299, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
