BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a multi-year Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Thomson Reuters (West Publishing Corporation), for a subscription to the CLEAR Government background investigation database and services, for the Division of Revenue.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $4,318.11 in FY 2020, be and hereby is approved for payment to Thomson Reuters (West Publishing Corporation), from accounts #1101-202601-71208 ($3,238.58); #4002-202602-71299 ($572.15); #4121-202603-71299 ($215.91); and #4051-202604-71299 ($291.47), pursuant to the terms of the Contract, with future fiscal years subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds.
