BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Everbridge, Inc., be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the Alert Notification System for Division of Emergency Management, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Everbridge, Inc., related to the procurement of these goods and services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $103,221.94, be and hereby is approved for payment to Everbridge, Inc., from accounts #3200-505201-76102 ($40,000), #3200-505204-76102 ($20,000), #1101-505204-76102 ($27,471.94), and #4204-50560...
