BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the response of Environmental Enterprises, Inc. to RFP No. 4-2019, Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event Spring 2019, establishing a price contract with an amount not to exceed $81,241.00, be and hereby is accepted, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any additional necessary agreements with the vendor related to the RFP.
