Summary
Authorization to execute an agreement with Professional Recovery Consultants, Inc. for third party collections of aged debt for EMS Billing and Lexserv Billing for a period of two (2) years with up to three (3) additional terms of renewal. LFUCG has historically contracted with an outside entity to continue collections on aged debt after a certain period of time. This contract will allow an outside agency to collect debts for EMS and Lexserv balances. There is no direct cost. Professional Recovery Consultants will receive 17.85% of old debt collected. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
