BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Playground Plastics be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the construction of the Shillito Playground for the Division of Parks and Recreation, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Playground Plastics related to the construction and maintenance of the Shillito Playground.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $125,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Playground Plastics from account #2609-707602-7221-90320
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
