BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with DesignWORKS, for landscape architectural services related to the Lexington Corridors Beautification Design Services Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $37,500.00, from $44,750.00 to $82,250.00.
