BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Herrick Company, Inc., in the amount of $146,000.00, for the Horse Park Pump Station Generator, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with Herrick Company, Inc., related to the bid.
