BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Chief Information Officer, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Statement of Work (SOW) with NTT Data, Inc., which is attached hereto, for Phase II of the LexCall Citizen Request Management (CRM) System/Salesforce Project (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 59-2015); and a SOW, with Solaritech, LLC (d/b/a Solarity), which is attached hereto, for related Project Management Services.
