BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Chief Information Officer, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Statement of Work (SOW) with NTT Data, Inc., which is attached hereto, for Phase II of the LexCall Citizen Request Management (CRM) System/Salesforce Project (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 59-2015); and a SOW, with Solaritech, LLC (d/b/a Solarity), which is attached hereto, for related Project Management Services.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed $474,347.17 be and hereby is approved for payment to NTT Data, Inc. ($396,347.17) and Solaritech, LLC ($78,000.00), from the following accounts: #1115-160302-96202 ($411,401.17), #4002-160302-96202 ($51,246.00), and #4051-160302-96202 ($11,700.00) pursuant to the terms of the SOWs.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
