BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1- That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a multi-year lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Hewlett-Packard Financial Services Company, to provide Lenovo laptops through CDW Government, Inc. (CDW-G), to the Division of Revenue.
Section 2- That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,370.00 (Fiscal Year 2018), be and hereby is approved for payment to Hewlett-Packard Financial Services Company, from account #1101-202601-71303 ($959.00), account #4002-202602-71303 ($217.83), account #4121-202603-71303 ($82.20), and account #4051-202604-71303 ($110.97), pursuant to the terms of the lease Agreement, with future fiscal years subject to sufficient funds being appropriated...
