BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Software License Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Novotx LLC, for a GIS-based asset and work management software solution and related support services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $125,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Novotx LLC from account #1101-303601-72303 ($75,000.00) and account #1101-303601-76102 ($50,000.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and purchase order, with costs for ongoing support services subject to the sufficient appropriation of funds in future fiscal years.
