BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Engineering be and hereby is authorized to procure a crossing signal, related equipment, and installation services from R.J. Corman Railroad Company/Central Kentucky Lines, LLC ("R.J. Corman"), for the installation of a pedestrian at-grade crossing within a portion of the right-of-way owned by R.J. Corman, for the Legacy/Hope Center Trail System.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $137,504.50, be and hereby is approved for payment to R.J. Corman, from account #2604-162101-91714, pursuant to the attached purchase order.
Section 3 - That the Director of Engineering, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to sign any necessary agreements related to the above procuremen...
