BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Change Order Agreement with Vebridge Holdings, Inc., a sole source provider, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, for the creation of an OnBase LEXserv Billing Repository for LEXserv billing related documentation.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $4,900.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to VeBridge Holdings, Inc., from the following accounts: #4002-202602-71299 ($2,597.00); #4121-202603-71299 ($980.00); and #4051-202604-71299 ($1,323.00), pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
