Summary
Authorization to request approval of an Agreement submitted by Lynn Imaging for the lease of a wide-format scanner, plotter, printer and copier for the Division of Water Quality. The lease is for replacement of equipment at the end of its useful lifetime. We have determined lease of this equipment is the most cost-efficient way to digitize plan, maps and other documents as part of the asset management plan required by the Consent Decree. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lynn Imaging for a wide-format all-in-one scanner, plotter, printer, and copier for the Division of Water Quality, for a period of up to three (3) years.
