A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute a multi-year Agreement with Oracle America, Inc., a sole source provider, for ongoing software maintenance and technical support services relating to the PeopleSoft Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, at a cost not to exceed $113,642.05 in FY 2018, with future fiscal years subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds; and authorizing the Chief Information Officer, or her designee, on behalf of the Urban County Government, to execute any necessary documents for the continuation of maintenance and support services.
