BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Multi-Year Agreement with Oracle America, Inc., a sole source provider, for ongoing technical support services relating to the PeopleSoft Financials and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
Section 2 - That the Chief Information Officer, or her designee, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary documents for the continuation of maintenance and support services.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $113,642.05 be and hereby is approved for payment to Oracle America, Inc., from account #1101-202505-76102, subject to inclusion of this item in the approved FY 2018 Budget and subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
