Summary
Authorization to approve Change Order #1-Final, in the amount of $19,880.00 to Judy Construction Company for services provided to Town Branch WWTP Headworks Improvements project. The increase in the Contract amount includes the addition of a corrosion proof coating to a roof top HVAC unit, control panel modifications and relocation to a non-hazardous area and a credit for exchanging valves. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Change Order No. 1 (FINAL), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to the Agreement with Judy Construction Company, for the Town Branch Waste Water Treatment Plant Headworks Improvements Project, increasing the Contract price by the sum of $19,880.00 from $968,000.00 to $987,880.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $19,880.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Judy Construction Company, from account # 4003 - 303401 - 92711, pursuant to the terms of the Change Order.
