A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, as the collaborative applicant, to execute and submit the 2026 Continuum of Care Grant Application to the united States Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which seeks up to $3,866,080 in Federal funds for the operation of Programs by community nonprofit organizations to reduce homelessness in Lexington-Fayette County, and to accept an amount, up to $153,932, of the Grant funds, if the application is approved, for project planning expenses related to monitoring Programs funded by the Grant, the acceptance of which obligates the Urban County Government for the expenditure of an amount, up to $38,483, as a local match, ratifying the prior execution of an application or any other necessary documents related thereto, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
