Authorization to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with
United Way of the Bluegrass, INC. for the operation of the Rides
United program, a pilot project to provide transportation services
within Lexington-Fayette County, at a cost of $375,000. Funds are
budgeted. This project was approved as a Council fund balance

Authorization to execute a Utility Access Agreement with Metro
Fibernet, LLC for the installation and maintenance of broadband
infrastructure for the Legacy Business Park project at no cost for a
three-year term, continuing beyond the initial term until either party
provides a written notice of termination, and to authorize the
execution of other required documents related to utility installation
for Legacy Business Park that do not have associated costs.
