Community and Technical College/Kentucky Community and  
Technical College System: $1,500, all to support  
a
Truck-a-Palooza and Environmental Quality and Public Works  
career programming such as summer camps, internships and

Community Foundation: $9,445.21 as a contribution to support

Authorization to execute a purchase of services agreement with  
Community Action Council (CAC) related to the administration  
of ONE Lexington Community Partners Violence Prevention  
Grant Program (CPVPG) and Nurturing Or Creating Alternative  
Pathways (NOCAP) to provide that the grant administrator will  
disburse the grant awards to award recipients, effective through  
June 30, 2027, for a total of $211,500. Funds are budgeted.

with SWAG Sisters Working Against Gun Violence, pursuant to  
RFP. No. 9-2026, to provide Survivor support assistance.  
The

allow approved spending of Capital Improvement Bond Projects,

LexArts, to provide $400,000 in funding for General Operating

Transportation Cabinet to relocate, replace, and install sanitary  
sewer infrastructure within the LFUCG Property limits at 130  
West New Circle. The estimated cost is $976,049.35 (MAC  
Construction Bid). KYTC will reimburse LFUCG for the full cost  
of $1,053,600.00 (including $77,550.65 or 7.4% for contingency

Contract Agreement with the  
University of Kentucky to extend the limits of the proposed  
widening of Waller Avenue from a point east of Elizabeth Street  
all the way to South Limestone. In exchange for LFUCG’s  
contribution of $200,000, UK will donate the right-of-way,  
relocate  
the  
utilities,  
and  
design  
and  
construct  
the  
improvements at no additional cost. Contract amount not to

use of 4 classrooms, office and playground spaces in
