Branch to provide an art project grant to create public art to be displayed  
in Gatton Park. The scope of work was approved by the Public Arts  
Commission and includes artwork created by Blessing Hancock installed  
on the Gatton Park passageway which will remain property of LFUCG. At

Parks and Recreation Indefinite Services Contract for professional service  
prequalification, which will allow for indefinite service for design and engineering. It  
will allow quicker execution of hiring consultants and for budgeting of phased work  
such as a preliminary design that can move into design and construction more

Authorization to accept an award, if offered from the Kentucky Justice  
and Public Safety Cabinet requesting federal funds of $60,000.00 under  
the 2023 Title II Formula Grant Program to expand and stabilize existing  
Police Activities League (PAL) programming. Funds will be used to  
support essential program needs including supplies and materials,  
participation-related costs, contractual instructional support, and training  
necessary to enhance the program. There is no local match required.
