for (1) Custom Fire Apparatus Pierce Enforcer Pumper, not to  
exceed the cost of $1,343,000.00. Funds are budgeted.

Lexington-Fayette Urban County Code of Ordinances to abolish  
the Opioid Abatement Commission. The Commission has

Authorization to amend the Code of Ordinances, Chapter  
2-315(2) - Lexington Children’s Museum Inc., to allow directors  
of the board to serve three (3) consecutive terms. The board

Authorization to execute an agreement with the Downtown  
Lexington Partnership to provide services throughout the  
downtown area including Central Bank Thursday Night Live,  
Luminate Lexington Holiday Concert and Tree Lighting, and the  
Christmas parade to cover the period of November 1, 2025 -

Authorization to execute an agreement with Gatton Park on the  
Town Branch to provide an art project grant to create public art  
to be displayed in Gatton Park. The scope of work was  
approved by the Public Arts Commission and includes artwork  
created by Blessing Hancock installed on the Gatton Park  
passageway which will remain property of LFUCG. At a cost of

#13-2026 for the Parks and Recreation Indefinite Services  
Contract for professional service prequalification, which will  
allow for indefinite service for design and engineering. It will  
allow quicker execution of hiring consultants and for budgeting  
of phased work such as a preliminary design that can move into  
design and construction more efficiently. No budgetary impact.

Authorization to accept an award, if offered from the Kentucky  
Justice and Public Safety Cabinet requesting federal funds of  
$60,000.00 under the 2023 Title II Formula Grant Program to  
expand and stabilize existing Police Activities League (PAL)  
programming. Funds will be used to support essential program  
needs including supplies and materials, participation-related  
costs, contractual instructional support, and training necessary  
to enhance the program. There is no local match required.

The property is a vacant land tract consisting of 4.17 acres at

(1) Recommending the reappointment of Amanda Secen to the  
Bluegrass Crime Stoppers Board of Directors with a term  
expiring March 1, 2030;  
(2) Recommending the appointment of Scott Davidson, At-large,  
replacing Juan Castro, to the Downtown Lexington Management  
District Board of Directors with a term beginning July 1, 2026  
and expiring December 1, 2027;  
(3) Recommending the appointments of Debra Lawson, filling an  
unexpired term, Cynthia Relford, filling an unexpired term, and  
Tiana Wilson, filling an unexpired term, to the Dunbar  
Neighborhood Center Board with terms expiring March 1, 2029,  
March 1, 2027, March 1, 2029, respectively;  
(4) Recommending the reappointment of Allison Connelly to the  
Police Disciplinary Review Board with a term expiring June 1,  
2030; and,  
(5) Recommending the reappointment of Wesley Whistle to the  
Transit Authority Board with a term expiring  
June 1, 2030.  
Accepting and approving the following donations for the  
following depts. and divs.:  
a. Aging and Disability Services - accepting a donation from the  
Friends of Lexington Senior Centers: $4,000 to offset costs to  
improve the exterior appearance of the Bell House by replacing  
the shutters (funds will be paid directly to the vendor); and,  
b. Police - accepting a donation from the Buehler Family  
Foundation: wellness equipment to enhance the Lexington  
Police Department’s Wellness Program, promoting physical,  
mental and emotional health (estimated value $10,409.46).
