buildings at Cardinal Run North from arson damage in February of
2026 in the amount of $105,011.00. To avoid material and
workmanship warranties invalidation, this request is to use Tekton
Construction, LLC for the repairs, since they currently hold the
material and workmanship warranties for the buildings at Cardinal
