BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Anthony Moody, to provide counseling support to participants of the It Takes a Village Summer Youth Program for ONE Lexington.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $3,500.00 in FY26 and $3,500.00 in FY27, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated, is hereby authorized for payment to Anthony Moody, from account # 1101-133006-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective upon passage of Council.
